- Recommendation of the Excise OIC
- Certified copy of the deed relating to the land on which the license is issued
- Letter stating that if the toddy crushing is done by someone else, there is no objection from the land owner (GN must certify)

Issuing excise licenses
Required Documents
- Letter of request for extension of license (if there is a current license)
- Letter of approval from the Commissioner General of Excise
- Clearance Certificate from the Assistant Commissioner of Excise (if there is a current license)
- Clearance Certificate from the Commissioner of Inland Revenue (if there is a current license)
Issuing Firearm licenses
Required Documents
- Letter of request sent by the District Secretary requesting recommendation for the issuance of a firearm license and the relevant application
- Deed of the relevant land / plots
- Grama Niladhari Report (Person / Land / Crop Reports)
The following reports on lands and crops (as applicable)
- Department of Rubber and Control (Reports on Damage to Rubber Crops)
- Agrarian Services Center (Reports on Damage to Agricultural Crops)
- For Coconut Cultivation (Coconut Cultivation Board)
Required Qualifications
- Should the applicant have more than 05 acres of cultivated land
- Damage to crops by animalsUnder 65 years of age
- No physical injuries to use a firearm
Assigning a vehicle to someone else
Required Documents
- Certificate of registration of the vehicle
- Correctly completed MTA 6 and MTA 8 forms
- Certified photocopy of the revenue license
- Certified photocopy of the NIC / driver's license or passport (of the transferee)
- Original letter stating that the absolute right / mortgage has been paid
- 02 copies of the upper body (2 inches * 2 1/2) certified by the Grama Niladhari or the Justice of the Peace of the relevant area
- Certificate of Residence
** After we accepted these documents, they will be signed by the Divisional Secretary and sent to the Department of Motor Traffic. Further action will be taken and the vehicle registration certificate will be sent to the applicant's personal address.
Sand and Soil transport Permit
Issuing sand, soil, gravel mining / transport permits for non-commercial purposes.
Requirements
- Fill in your section on the application form correctly
- Meet the Grama Niladhari of the Division with a request letter and a copy of the plan of the house being constructed / constructed
- Licenses are issued only up to 02 cubes of sand per one time/per month
- Licenses are issued only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 06.00 am to 06.00pm.
- Llicense fee of Rs. 451.80 is charged for 1 cube of sand and Rs. 127.80 for 1 cube of gravel and soil.
