Unauthorized seizure of government lands
Government land should not be encroached upon, cultivated or settled illegally. I kindly inform you that the perpetrators will be evicted from the government land by fiscal after obtaining an eviction order after filing a court case under the Possession of Possession Recovery Ordinance in defiance of these instructions. The government will not pay any compensation for unauthorized cultivation, unauthorized construction, unauthorized settlements or any property damage caused by the eviction.

- Report on the transfer of lands under Regulation 26 of the State Land Ordinance
- Consent of the Commissioner of Local Government
- Recommendation of the Central Environmental Authority
- Recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health
- Recommendation of the Director of Urban and Rural Design
- NBRO Report - (Playgrounds)
All the above documents along with the original should be submitted in two copies by the Provincial Land Commissioner to the Land Commissioner General for approval.
All documents should be certified as authentic by the Divisional Secretary or Assistant Divisional Secretary.
Once approved, the transfer order will receive an assignment order. The transfer order will be sent to the Land Registrar, registered and returned. A copy of the registered transfer order should be sent to the relevant institution.

- Original letter of request
- Completed Appendix 14 (Must be completed according to the tracing, Recommendation of the Divisional Secretary should be noted and stamped and signed)
- Cadastral map or tracing and land description list
All the above documents along with the original should be submitted in two copies by the Provincial Land Commissioner to the Land Commissioner General for approval.
All documents should be certified as authentic by the Divisional Secretary or Assistant Divisional Secretary.
