National Birth Certificate Ceremony
"In conjunction with the E-Population Program introduced by the Registrar General's Department, the 'Digital Access' initiative was launched on 25/06/2025
at the Imbulpe Divisional Secretariat Office. at the Imbulpe Divisional Secretariat Office. The ceremony, held under the patronage of Ratnapura District Secretary Mr. K G S Nishantha, marked the issuance of digital birth certificates in the Imbulpe division.
On this occasion, digital birth certificates were issued to 60 children born between 2021 and 2025."
